Resident Handbook Section 2

CONDO CONTROL

2) CONDO CONTROL

a. The associations use Condo Control as a means of communicating with owners and residents. This is a web-based system where you can access information, communicate with Management, and communicate with other members of the community. Log In

b. Please set up your profile, including how you prefer to be contacted.

c. If you provide a cell phone number, that will be used to communicate with you regarding package delivery and in emergencies.

d. Please provide at least one email address, as this is the most common method for the front desk and Management to notify owners and residents about building issues, social events, and newsletters.

e. You may submit names of individuals who are considered on your Permanent Guest List. These visitors will be allowed to enter the building without being announced. Please be sure to remove individuals when appropriate.

f. We encourage the use of Condo Control to reserve common elements such as the freight elevator, business office, and guest suites, and to place maintenance requests. If you need assistance with one of these items, please contact the concierge for assistance. If you make a reservation for the Guest Suite(s) with the assistance of the staff, please review the dates to make an immediate correction of any errors to avoid potential issues that cannot be fixed later.

g. When posting on the bulletin board, use your full name and unit number. This allows other residents to know which Tower you live in for full understanding of post.
