b. Monthly statements are issued on the 20th of each month along with the monthly electrical usage for your unit. If you choose to remit your assessment on a monthly basis via personal check mailing, please forward your payment to the Post Office Box address noted on your coupon along with your statement.
c. Residents may also pay their monthly assessments online through ClickPay. Additional information and instructions are available through the Management Office.
