11) SWIMMING POOL/BACKYARD/RECREATIONAL AREAS
a. Please be aware that lifeguards are NOT on duty. Swimming is at your own risk.

- POOL HOURS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. (Subject to Change)

b. Residents must accompany all guests to the pool and other amenities on the community. Guests are limited to two per condominium.
c. Residents and guests must obey all posted rules in the amenity areas.
d. Only unbreakable containers may be used in the pool areas. No glass is permitted.
e. No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the pool area.
f. Food cannot be consumed in the pool or on the concrete within the fenced in pool area.
g. Smoking is not permitted in or around the pool.
h. For the protection of every resident, we cannot allow anyone to use the pool if they have an infectious disease, bandages, or casts of any kind.
i. Regulation bathing suits must be worn for swimming at all times. Thongs and cut-offs are not permitted in the pool.
j. Profanity, loud audible music, horseplay, bicycle riding, pets, skating, riding toys, scuffling or harassment of others is not permitted in any recreational or common area.
k. All children 16 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult resident at all times while in the amenity areas.
l. Infants are not permitted in the pool unless wearing appropriate leak-proof swimwear.
m. NO BALL PLAYING is allowed in any of the recreational or common areas.
