All Driveway and Circle Parking rules are governed by Section 9 of the CityView Resident Handbook, supplemented by the Rules and Regulations in Appendix J.
The apron along the driveway has been designated for guest parking during select hours, which are Monday through Friday between 5 PM and midnight and weekends 9 AM to midnight.
- There are approximately 8 marked spaces that can be used for 3 hours.
- Residents are limited to one guest per unit.
- Your guest must register with the front desk and have a parking tag on their dashboard while parked there.
- Unit owners, residents and tenants may not use the guest parking area, nor may any contractors.
Residents may park around the circle to drop-off or pickup residents or guests or to unload packages, for a time not to exceed 15 minutes.
- Please leave your hazard lights on while your vehicle is in the circle.
- When parking around the circle, please be aware that parking directly in front of the doors is prohibited, as that is a curb cut and must be open for ADA compliance.
Owners are responsible for any infractions committed by the vehicles of their guests. Vehicles may be subject to towing by Management if they are:
- parked in fire lanes
- blocking another vehicle or access to another owner’s unit or parking space
- obstructing the flow of traffic
- parked in a parking space that has been assigned exclusively to another unit
- otherwise creates a hazardous condition.
If your vehicle is removed from the property contact George Smith Towing – 215-729-9100.
- Your vehicle will be towed to 3103 S 61st Street in Philadelphia.
- The city of Philadelphia requires that a vehicle be ticketed by Police or the PPA prior to towing.
- If the offending vehicle is removed prior to ticketing and/or towing, the equivalent expense of the ticket and the towing may be assessed against the unit owner. Currently that expense is $205.
