If you are having meals or groceries delivered, please have them delivered to the front desk of your building. There is a table in front of each front desk for these deliveries. The front desk will inform you via phone or text message that your food has been delivered.
- NOTE: There is no refrigeration available for perishable food items. They will be thrown away if they are not picked up before they start to deteriorate.
- TIP: Food delivery workers usually use GPS to get to the buildings. Unfortunately, 2001 Hamilton Street generally leads them to the location of the South Tower loading dock, and the residents waiting for food will get a call from a lost delivery worker. When putting in your order, specify that the entrance is on 20th Street between Hamilton and Spring Garden, and that they should go to the North Tower (straight ahead) or South Tower (on the left) to ensure that your food is delivered to the correct location.
