There are a number of groups that meet regularly. Other events may appear on the Condo Control calendar.
- Every Wednesday – Wednesday Walkers group, South Tower Lobby, 9 am (8:30 am from mid-June through the end of August)
- Every Sunday – Sunday Strollers group, South Tower Lobby, 9 am
- First Monday of the month – Hand Work or Needle Work, Hamilton Room, 1-3 pm
- Third Monday of the month – Evening Book Club – Hamilton Room (or seasonally in the backyard), 7:00 pm
- Third Thursday of the month – Afternoon Book Club – Garden Court (or seasonally in the backyard), 3:00 pm
- Third Thursday of the month – CityView II (South Tower) Board Meeting, 6:30 pm
- Fourth Thursday of the month – CityView (North Tower) Board Meeting, 7:00 pm
- Quarterly (January, April, July, October) – New (and existing) Resident Orientation
