The CityView II Condominium Association is the governing body for the South Tower. The Board consists of five members, elected to two-year terms on a rotating basis (three members one year, two members the next). There is a limit of three consecutive terms, after which the member must step down from the board for a year before running again.
The board meets on the third Thursday of every month at 6 pm. These meetings take place in the Garden Court. An email is sent out to all South Tower owners prior to the meeting with information on the agenda and how to attend the meeting. A summary In Case You Missed It (ICYMI) email is sent out to all owners shortly after the meeting for the information of those who could not attend.
The Association’s annual meeting is held in June each year, in place of the usual Board meeting, at which the election results are announced and the annual budget is approved.
