This page contains a quick overview of the rules surrounding CityView’s open house rules.

CityView Open House Rules

• A request must be made at least 5-Business Days in advance by contacting the concierge, management office, or entering the request through Condo Control. The open house cannot start before 10AM, extend past 5PM, and is limited to 3 hours duration
• There must be a minimum of two realtors running the open house.  One to host prospective buyers in the unit and another to wait in the lobby and to escort attendees to and from the unit.  The event will be cancelled if there are not two realtors hosting the open house and staying with the attendees.
• Signage is not permitted on CityView property, but can be placed on the city’s sidewalks
• Please maintain a sign in sheet for the open house and provide a copy to the front desk at the conclusion of the event
• Except for greeting realtors and attendees and showing them where they can wait in the lobby, the concierge staff cannot assist with running the open house
• We do not have parking available for realtors and/or prospective buyers / tenants attending the open house
• Please ensure that attendees are accompanied by a realtor, while they are on the property.
