- RFID Cards can be obtained through the management office. You must then download the “Epic Charging” app, add the card number to your account and set-up your preferred method of payment.
- The current rate for charging is $.50 / kW – this is subject to change with notice.
- There is no fee for parking while charging. When the charging session is complete, there is a 15-minute grace period to move your vehicle.
- Charging sessions are capped at 6 hours.
- If you exceed the 15-minute grace period, the fee is $5/hour for leaving your vehicle in the parking space.
