Two Towers, One Community
CityView is made up of two towers, each with their own condominium association, CityView (the “North Tower”) and CityView II (the “South Tower), but it’s one integrated community with a single support team.
You’re Welcome Here
From the moment that you enter the lobbies of the North Tower (left) and South Tower (right), you will feel welcomed by our friendly staff.
Committees
There are several committees chartered by the CityView Condominium Association boards that help to provide services for residents. All residents are invited to volunteer to work with the committees.
Logan Square/Fairmount/Spring Garden
The views from CityView are spectacular (that’s why we’re called CityView!), and the buildings stand at the junction of the Logan Square, Fairmount, and Spring Garden neighborhoods. Just blocks from the Ben Franklin Parkway, Art Museum, Franklin Institute, and Schuylkill Trail, there’s plenty to do within walking distance!
Condominium Living
If living at CityView will be your first time purchasing a condominium, you may want to look at some differences between living in a private home or an apartment versus living in a condominium.
