CityView Condominiums include a variety of facilities for the enjoyment of residents. Residents can reserve amenities such as the Hamilton Room, guest suites, freight elevators, and more by using the reservations page of Condo Control.
Pool Area
CityView’s in-ground pool is a great place to relax during the warmer months. The pool is lightly heated, and each condo unit is allowed 2 guests. With lounge chairs surrounding the pool and cushioned chairs under the gazebo and by the door, the area is comfortable for all. The pool also features accessible entry stairs. Fitness Center
The Fitness Center, open 24 hours a day, provides fitness machines and equipment for the use and enjoyment of our residents. Residents cannot reserve the fitness room for their sole usage, but may make a reservation in Condo Control for use with a personal trainer. Up to two trainers may be in the Fitness Center at a time. Garden Courtyard
The backyard features an open green space with park benches, a covered seating area (gazebo), and a garden area with benches and new walkways. A ramp into the garden and an automatic door between the building and the garden make the space accessible for people with disabilities. The garden courtyard is a tranquil oasis in the midst of the city. Please note that the lights in the garden courtyard are turned off at 11 p.m.
Parking Garage
The six-story parking garage contains over 400 reserved spaces exclusively for the use of residents. Each spot is deeded to a specific condominium unit. If your unit does not have an associated spot, fear not! Many spot owners rent their spot for a reasonable fee on a daily or monthly basis, and post availability or requests on the Classified Ads section of Condo Control under Parking Offered or Parking Needed.
Bicycle Room
The locked, caged bicycle room on the first floor of the parking garage allows you to keep your bicycle in a safe place without it taking up space in your unit. Slots are available for a nominal annual fee. The bicycle room registration form is available from Section 16 of the CityView Resident Handbook.
Guest Suites for Rental
The Barnes Suite (1 bedroom) and the Rodin Suite (Studio) in CityView II are available for all residents to rent for their guests on a first-come, first-served basis. More information is available in the Guest Suite Guidelines.
Community Rooms
The Hamilton Room and Garden Court are gathering places for all. Both can be reserved by residents for community events, and the Hamilton Room can be reserved by residents to host private events.
Library
Our resident-run library includes hundreds of books for our residents to enjoy. There is also a puzzle lending library and a table with an in-progress puzzle residents work together to solve.
Baby Grand Piano
Our baby grand piano is available for use by those who play. All skill levels welcome! Please be considerate of your neighbors when playing the piano, as there are residents living above the piano area.
