Today, the contractor will begin installing the floor tiles leading to the new waiting area.

Management Office Renovation

Starting today, January 6th, renovations for the management office will commence. The contractor will begin framing the new office space today.

Please call ahead to schedule an appointment before visiting the office. Please note that the new entryway will be unavailable for the next few days. (215) 231 9433

To facilitate this process:

I will be relocating to Michele’s former office.

My previous office space will be opened by Wednesday to serve as an entry point to the management office.

Shortly after, Michele’s new office space will be closed as the contractor continues work in that area.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this renovation period. Your cooperation will help ensure a smooth transition as we improve our workspace.

CityView II Popcorn Ceiling Removal

Popcorn Ceiling Removal

Today the contractor will start by removing the popcorn ceiling on the residential floors, beginning with floors P5 and 14. From there, the work will progress downward from P5 and downward from 14 over the coming weeks.

To ensure cleanliness and minimize disruption, a professional cleaning crew will thoroughly clean the walls, carpets, and other surfaces at the end of each workday after the popcorn ceiling removal is complete. This will help eliminate any residual dust and maintain a safe environment.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this renovation process. For your safety, please exercise caution when navigating the hallways on days when work is taking place on your floor.
