As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance communication and control expenses, the CityView & CityView II Condominium Association is excited to offer you the opportunity to opt-in to receive important communications electronically. Please note that this change will not apply to your monthly HOA statements. If you would like to opt-in to online statements, please visit e-Statements.
- By opting in to electronic communication, you will help us streamline our communication processes, reduce our environmental impact, and save on postage costs. Electronic communication is also faster and more reliable than traditional mail, ensuring that you receive important updates and information in a timely manner.
- To opt-in to electronic communication, simply complete the attached form and drop it off at the office, front desk or fax it to 215-231-9825. There will be hard copies at the front desk for your convenience.

- You may also email Theodore.Whitehead@fsresidential.com to opt in, but if you do, please provide your preferred e-mail address (if not the one where you received this message) and your mobile number and the email address and mobile number for any co-owners.
- We require your response in writing for our records. Please note that if you do not opt-in, we will continue to communicate with you by US Mail, which is more expensive, less reliable and significantly slower.
- As CityView II explores the possibility of electronic voting for the annual meeting and future special meetings, a mobile number that can receive SMS messages will allow you the ability to click on a link texted to you, and vote for Board Members, Budgets, etc.
There is no need to sign up if you have already submitted a form.
